Alia Dalal is a chef and food writer based in Chicago, IL. With a passion for vibrant, healthy, plant-based cuisine, Dalal was named Healthy Cook of the Year in 2010 by Cooking Light magazine and has done cooking demonstrations and taught classes at various locations including the New York City Greenmarkets and the Park Slope Food Coop.
